Each one-step technique will proceed in the following manner:
1. Students assume Choon-be stance standing approximately one arms length apart.
2. The attacker steps back with the right leg into a forward stance executing a low block with a ki-hop (yell)
3. Attacker waits for the defender to ki-hop signaling for the attacker to step forward into a forward stance middle punch
4. The defender executes his technique with a ki-hop on the last move signaling he is done.
5. Students return to Choon-be.
