Feet shoulder width apart, fists down to protect groin.

Forward
(Jang Gol Ja Se)
Feet pointed towards the front in opposite corners of a box.
Front knee bent just above your toes, back leg locked.

Back/Fighting
(Hoo Gol Ja Se)
Feet in "L" back foot pointed outward knee bent (supporting 70% of weight)
Front leg slightly bent toes forward (30% of weight)

Riding/Horse
(Ki Ma Ja Se)
Feet wide apart on the same line, knees should be over toes. Toes pointed forward.
